I’m a retired teacher but I’ve considered myself a writer since high school. The last two years I’ve decided to just let all my stories and poetry loose upon the world. Perhaps someone will find something that will inspire him/her to greatness. I’m still hoping someone will still learn from my experiences, trials, and pains. I have Parkinson’s Disease as well as Arthritis so not every day is great but I still try to find something positive that will keep me surging forward to the end. I have three children and I’m proud of each one. Each has a path to follow and goals to reach and hopefully they push beyond all that I do. My own road has been full of obstacles and side trips but I have dreams yet of making my mark upon the world. I grew up in Oklahoma, moved to California at the age of twelve, and four years ago moved to Missouri. Life takes some funny detours and I may be on one at the present time. I don’t know where I’ll live in a year or two but I do know I will be trying my best to describe what I see and what I’m doing. Come along with me and enjoy the ride, whether train, car, or rocket ship. (more to come)

Dan.
I am surprised! Your writings made me think you must be entering your thirties. Not knowing who you are, I began reading you. Knowing now about you, I am only more interesting in reading. I am game on sharing the journey with you.
There are things I will learn from you and adopt in my blog soon.
– Vinay Chaganti
I’m on my second set of thirties and life is still new. (Correction: I’ve been blessed because I’m still active and creating). I started my blog one year ago and trying to kickstart my dream of writing I thought long dead. Although I wish I had learned enough to be error free, I’m still finding out more about me. Yes, do share this journey, but we will learn from each other. Occasionally you might see artwork on my posts or on my blog thanks to my youngest daughter. Dan Roberson
May the sun be on your face and the wind at your back as the Lord blesses you throughout the day. Carpe diem!
Hi, Dan!
I have been sharing the journey online now for just short of two years. It’s been a positive experience for me. I hope it is for you as well, Dan. Happy to have found you.
Parkinson’s is difficult to deal with. I also have a challenge. Blogging is great for those days when there’s little energy for much else. It’s like a meditation…at least the writing is.
Thanks for the gift of your talents here. Blog on …
Look forward to more from you.
Jamie
I’ve enjoyed the experience and look forward to reading more from impressive authors, which includes you. I’ll be around and I’ll look for your posts. Dan
